All content, materials, assessments, reports, programs, videos, workshops, and services (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and Content solely for your personal or organizational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Content without our written consent.

  1. Assessments, Reports, and Use of AI/ML

We provide assessments, reports, and related services, including but not limited to the Hartman Value Profile, DiSC, Motivators assessments, and proprietary tools. These reports may incorporate analysis generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies.

  • These assessments and reports are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
  • You remain solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on assessment results.
  • Some organizations may use our assessments for hiring or screening. We make no representation or guarantee as to suitability for such purposes.
  1. Testimonials and Marketing Use

Testimonials, case studies, and examples on the Site or in our marketing materials are provided voluntarily by clients. These reflect individual experiences and may not represent typical or guaranteed results.

By providing feedback, testimonials, or success stories, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish such content in marketing or promotional materials, provided that we do so in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  1. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as, but not limited to, Kajabi, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service as well.

  • Assessment Reports: Non-refundable once delivered.
  • Workshops and Courses: 30-day refund policy, provided you demonstrate that you completed the assigned work. No refunds will be issued for failure to participate or for a simple change of mind.
  • Coaching Packages: 30-day money-back guarantee, or if paid on a recurring basis, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
  • Other Products: May have their own refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

If you purchase using a payment plan and fail to make timely payments, your access to course materials or services may be revoked until payments are brought current.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available in the footer of most pages on the Site.

  1. User Conduct and Restrictions

By using the Site and our programs, you agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Site or Content.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
